Snow removal service will be performed when accumulation is 5cms or more. We only maintain a limited Commercial/Residential clientele so as to provide quality services.
When a snow removal service is to be performed, a photo will be taken upon arrival showing the service is actually required and a followup photo will be taken when the snow is cleared. These are texted or emailed depending on the desired method.
As with any business, we value our clients and our employees. IF there are any obstacles in the driveway/property such as planters, wires, garbage, etc., please make our office aware BEFORE arrival. NRG² Property Maintenance will advise the property owner if service can be performed safely, both for our staff and your belongings.

Surcharges or Service attempt fees are charged IF but not limited to: the cancellation is received en route or after the service has been performed, Refusal of Service by either a Homeowner or Tenant, missing Heritage Gas approval, or if there are possible Employee safety issues upon arrival.
